Today on “Real Money Silver”, a premium service from TheStreet.com, Doug Kass, the president of Seabreeze Partners, offered 10 changes that he would enact immediately. From my perspective, the following, summarize the most interesting and potentially impactful solutions: 1. Establish term limits for all our representatives 2. Set specific limitations on the annual gains in government spending 3. Fix housing by enlisting the help of Eli Broad and Bob Toll, both housing experts 4. Set up an infrastructure bank using money saved on defense spending when we are out of Iraq and Afghanistan 5. Develop a comprehensive energy plan to create energy self-sufficiency. 6. Mean test entitlements, freeze entitlement payouts, and gradually increase the social security retirement age to 70 years old. Mr. Kass is one of a number of smart businessmen/women who are ready, willing, and able to help lift our country out of its current difficulties. Now we just need someone to act on these good

ideas, not just pay lip service to them.
