According to this research report from Grubb & Ellis, San Antonio’s office leasing market experienced positive absorption of 113,583 square feet in the first quarter. This is the third quarter in a row of positive absorption, and the fourth quarter in a row that the vacancy rate fell. However, there is still 4.5 million square feet of vacant office space spread around the city, and the overall vacancy rate is at 18.1%. There is a lot more detail in the report.
