Laura Ehrenberg-Chesler

Laura Ehrenberg-Chesler has thirty-eight years of investment experience. Prior to forming Crossvault Capital Management, LLC, she was an investment professional at Dain Rauscher for six years and served as Branch Manager for three years. She also held Principal’s and Registered Options Principal’s licenses as well as all other NASD required licenses.  Prior to her affiliation with Dain Rauscher she was a vice president at PaineWebber for ten years. During her tenure at PaineWebber she held positions as a sales manager, branch manager and investment professional in New York City, Los Angeles, and San Antonio.

Ms. Ehrenberg-Chesler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin.  Laura is very involved in our community.  She is a past regional executive committee member of the United Communities of San Antonio (formerly NCCJ) and past presiding Chair.  Laura was a member of the Holocaust Commission and past Chair.  She served on the Board of the San Antonio Area Foundation as well as the Advisory Board of the UTHSC Center for Medical Ethics and Humanities.  She is also on the Women’s Philanthropy Board of The Jewish Federation of San Antonio, and has previously served as Campaign Chair for the organization.  In 2016 she was honored by the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce for Women Business Leaders, and she received the Trinity University Small Business Person of the Year in 2017.

Marilou Moursund

Marilou Moursund has thirty-nine years of investment experience. Before forming Crossvault Capital Management, LLC, she was a portfolio manager for thirteen years at Austin, Calvert & Flavin, Inc., a registered investment advisor with over $1.5 billion in assets under management. Ms. Moursund had direct responsibility for portfolio management, research, fixed income portfolio management and client service. Prior to her affiliation with Austin, Calvert & Flavin, Inc., Ms. Moursund was as Assistant Vice President and Investment Manager at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of San Antonio where she was responsible for the management of a $120 million portfolio of money market instruments, fixed-income securities, and mortgage-backed securities.

Ms. Moursund graduated summa cum laude and with Special Honors from the Plan II program at The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She received a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Moursund is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, and is a past president of The San Antonio Society of Financial Analysts.  She has served on the boards of the San Antonio Academy, The Battle of Flowers Association, The Christ Episcopal Church Endowment, the Baumberger Endowment, and Alamo Title Company.

Sarah C. Doerr

Sarah Calvert Doerr has thirty-eight years of investment experience.  Prior to joining Crossvault Capital Management in January, 2012, she spent her entire career at the former Austin, Calvert & Flavin, Inc., San Antonio, Texas, where she was its Chief Executive Officer and Portfolio Manager.  Ms. Doerr joined Austin, Calvert & Flavin in 1985.  In January 2002, she was named the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, and in October 2004, its Chief Compliance Officer.  She was appointed the Chief Executive Officer in June 2005.  Ms. Doerr had been involved with the trading operations during most of her tenure at Austin, Calvert, & Flavin, Inc. and was its Head Trader for a number of years prior to being named Chief Operating Officer.  In addition to community and business development, she managed the day-to-day operations of the firm, and continued to work closely with the Chief Investment Officer in implementing the investment ideas into  the individual portfolios.  She also managed both the taxable and tax-exempt fixed income portfolios.

Ms. Doerr graduated from Philips Exeter Academy and then attended George Washington University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  Ms. Doerr has been a member of Young Presidents Organization since 2006.  She previously was a member of the United Way Board of Trustees, the Board of the San Antonio Botanical Garden Society, and the San Antonio Public Library Foundation.

Camille Svitek

Camille was most recently a Portfolio Manager at Sendero Wealth Management, where she studied markets and approved strategies in order to educate clients on their portfolios and ensure they aligned with the client’s risk tolerance and financial objectives. Camille has more than 8 years of experience in the asset management industry, including work as an equity analyst at TSW Investments in Richmond, VA. She has a B.S. from the University of Richmond where she double majored in Finance and French and minored in Economics. Camille is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®). Camille enjoys being active in the community, currently serving as President of the Delta Gamma San Antonio Alumnae Chapter, as a member of Junior League San Antonio, and training for her first marathon with the San Antonio Road Runners.
